Greetings All!
1. Our Summer Reading Program has been and is continuing to be filled will amazing readers at all levels and ages AS WELL AS, some fantastic artists! 😀 These kiddos are truly capturing & embracing the essence & meaning of “Color Our World” this summer and we cannot wait to see how far they will go!
2. Please come show your support of not just our library, but the children of this community this summer by viewing their artwork in our “Art Gallery”, you will not be disappointed!
3. We are drawing closer to that wonderfully Float-y, Festive, Fourth-y Fun! Save the Date (and some tummy room) for the Library’s Root Beer Floats this July 4th from 6-9pm!
4. “Down the Road” – the Library will be growing/adjusting parts of its interior design later this year and into the next, with some Board-approved “renovations”. What this will look like:
a. The “kids space” is going to be updated and reworked to be more child-friendly and parent-happy
b. We would like to have a dedicated “corner/nook” where patrons can work at a table or just have a calmer place to relax. We don’t yet know how this will evolve or what the final view will be, but it NEVER hurts to dream!
